When will my order ship? How much is shipping?
- Our shipping timeframe has changed slightly due to COVID-19 delays. Please visit the link above for the most updated estimate.
Where do you ship from?
- We ship from the USA on all orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- At the moment, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issue with your order, email us! We'd be glad to assist you. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org!
- Since we ship quickly, contact us right away so we can get that fixed! Email us so we can correct that!
Want to cancel your order?
- We only accept cancelations if you contact us immediately. Email us for help with canceling an order.
Can I wear my necklace in the shower?
- No. We do not recommend you get your item wet. It is not good for the longevity of your item.
What kind of material? I have an allergy!
- Our items are made of different chains specific to the item. If you have an allergy, please contact us and ask before ordering.
My item arrived broken/damaged! What do I do?
- Oh no! Sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. Please email us at email@example.com, and we will help!
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?
- Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name and order number. We will look into it.
My item does not fit as expected! What can I do?
- Email us at email@example.com, and we can help you out with that!
Do you ship internationally?
- Select accessory items do ship internationally. At this time, our clothing items do not currently ship internationally.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DETAILS!
Orders shipped outside of the U.S (where we are located) are subject to customs fees / or other expenses related to importing products from the U.S to another country.
- Matt's Funky Shop will not be able to add these fees to your order before checkout nor will we be able to cover these fees upon entry into the country. So, make sure to check with your local customs office about any potential fees you could encounter when ordering. Check pricing before purchase.
- Matt’s Funky Shop is not responsible for any potential customs fees.
- If your item is returned to us, we will contact you. We will then discuss possible solutions.
- IF ITEM IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. YOU MUST CONTACT THEM YOURSELF.
- Shipping times to your country may vary. Email or call us if you want a shipping estimate time. Please remember shipping is out of our control. But call or email us with any questions, and we will help!
